Holy Spirit, Teach Me To Profit

Thus saith the Lord, thy Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel; I am the Lord thy God which teacheth thee to profit, which leadeth thee by the way that thou shouldest go. – Isaiah 48:17

What a loaded stated: I AM the Lord thy God which teacheth thee to profit, which leadeth thee by the way that thou shouldest go. God is trying to get you to realize His sovereignty and His omnipotence. God’s Holy Spirit is able and willing to lead you in every area of your life, including your finances.

Today, many are suffering financially because they have depended on everything else but the Holy Spirit to give them financial instruction. But, I know, without a shadow of doubt, that God is merciful and gracious enough to help them turn their finances around when they choose to depend on the Holy Spirit. How many wrong turns will you make with the Holy Spirit is leading you in your finances? If you trust Him, you’ll agree with me when I say none.

If you are in a financial wilderness, right now, I want you to wave the flag of surrender to all of the ways that you have tried in your own efforts to get out. I want you, with a yielded heart, to say: “Holy Spirit, teach me to profit. I trust you to lead me in the way I should go.”
